Planktonic life forms are the small, or microscopic, organisms that drift or swim in a body of water. Phytoplankton, or plant-like plankton, is the name given to these tiny organism that use the sunlight in order to grow, consuming carbon dioxide and producing oxygen via photosynthesis similar to land plants.
This design is fashioned after a planktonic creature that belongs to a family called “dinoflagellates”. Dino is a type of phytoplankton that has a cellulose-composed internal skeleton and is able to use sunlight to photosynthesize.
This one of a kind pendant design is a part of the Planktonic collection. A unique two-part piece that exemplifies the flow and intricate harmony of marine life.
